Activity and Warranty Inspections

​Last week we inspected a townhome near Market Commons in Myrtle Beach. For those of you not familiar with the area, the townhouses used to be military housing for the Myrtle Beach Air Force Base. It was really a step back into the history of the area. These townhouses were built in 1958.

Today, we were did a inspection for a nice lady near Long Bay in Longs, SC. It was performed to help her with warranty issues. Just a reminder that warranty inspections are important and I would recommend a full inspection for a few dollars more.
