We are uniquely qualified to do your home inspection. I am an experienced home inspector with an engineering degree from Miami University and a MBA from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
The goal of WC Home Inspection is provide our clients with the information needed to make good real estate decisions. A typical inspection takes 2.5 - 4.0 hours. We do not take any short cuts such as not checking every window or electrical outlet.
I have 20 years of experience as an environmental, health, and safety professional. I am an ISO 14001 internal auditor. We can quickly access potential environmental concerns and provide direction. I have completed the EPA Mold Course. Regardless of what others tell you, mold (greater than 10 square feet), asbestos, and radon concerns require the expertise of an environmental services provider. We have a relationships with a local environmental services firms that can provide evaluation of potential asbestos, mold, and radon concerns. In addition, can test well water.
WC Home Inspection LLC recommends using an environmental firm for dealing with possible mold concerns. We have a partnerships with environmental services companies. We can refer you to them if conditions indicate a possible concern.

We do provide 1 - 2 year warranty inspections of new homes.
We do light commercial inspections.
We do new construction inspections including pre-drywall inspections. If desired, we can meet with the builder.
We have partnered with Spec Drones to offer drone inspections of roofs if desired by the client.

We test GFCI and AFCI circuits.
We test irrigation systems.
We do 4 point insurance inspections.
We do inspect crawlspaces at no additional charge. It is a critical part of the inspection process.
We have relationships with established firms to test for asbestos, mold, radon, and analyze well water.
We do have relationships with great handymen and contractors.
We do inspect attics.
We do provide courtesy inspections of pools at no extra charge.
We have a Spanish translator available.
