​For homes less than 1000 square feet - starting at $250.00
1000 - 2000 square feet - starting at $300.00
2000 - 3000 square feet - starting at $350.00
Greater than 3000 square feet to be determined based on home size, type, and location. 
Condos – less than 1500 square feet - starting at $250.00
​Condos - 1 Bedroom - starting at $225.00
​Townhouses starting at $275.00
Warranty Inspections:  call for pricing
MIMO and Periodic Inspections: call for pricing
Crawl Spaces - no extra charge
Light Commercial Inspections: call for pricing


All pricing based on homes in Horry county. Will service the entire state but fees will need to be adjusted to cover travel costs.
