​On Saturday, I inspected a condo just above the unit we used to own in Colonial Charters near North Myrtle Beach. It brought back some good memories. A nice family from the Raleigh area is going to use it as a vacation home. It was great to see their excitement about having a place at the beach and on the golf course.

A nice part of this business is the opportunity to meet some great people. This week was no exception. We did two inspections just south of Myrtle Beach earlier this week. Today, we get to stay in our own sub-division and do an inspection of a condo. It is in the same building where we owned a condo so it is neat going over there to do an inspection. Everyone have a good weekend and for those looking happy home searching!

Yesterday, we went to Riverbend to do an inspection. Riverbend is located just south of Myrtle Beach. It was a nice townhouse in a growing area. Keep us in mind for home inspections. Remember home inspections are just as important for sellers.
